This study explores predictors of mobile health clinic (MHC) utilization for HCV services in underserved South Carolina communities. Individuals from areas with higher poverty and uninsurance rates were more likely to use MHCs. Injection drug use and lack of insurance were significant individual predictors of HCV positivity and treatment initiation. The findings support the role of MHCs in addressing healthcare disparities.
